About Credits

The number of generation credits consumed depends on the compute cost of the output and the values configured for each AI generation feature. Today the minimum is 1 credit per image.

Credit expiration

The expiration depends on how the credits were obtained.

• Credits granted by a subscription (Basic / Plus / Pro on Web, or Chacha Pass on the app): expire 60 days after the grant date
• Credits purchased as a top-up:
  • Purchased in the app (App Store / Google Play): no expiration
  • Purchased on the web: expire 170 days after the purchase date

Expired credits are automatically removed. Cancelling your subscription does not change the expiration of credits that have already been granted or purchased.
